Brewing Recommendations

Add 2 teaspoons of Blood Cleanser Tonic to 250 ml of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for approximately 15 minutes, then strain and enjoy.

For a fuller, more robust flavour from the roots and cinnamon, a longer covered steep may be preferred.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Dong Quai and other ingredients in this blend may be unsuitable during these periods.
