RETURN POLICY INFORMATION

Our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return products for any reason you may send them back to us within 30 days after receiving your product.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Simply email us the purchase information and your name. We would appreciate a short explanation as to the reason for your return (optional).

Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund through the same way the purchase was made.

POLICY RESTRICTIONS

All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Dragonfly Herbs. A refund is eligible for products that haven’t been used or have been only used for up to 15g.
The product needs to be in its original packaging and not blended with any other ingredient.
