1. About these terms

By browsing or buying from dragonflyherbs.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. This store is operated by Dragonfly Bulk Foods, doing business as Dragonfly Herbs ("Dragonfly Herbs", "we", "us").

2. Products and information

Product pages describe each herb or tea, including suggested uses. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have an existing health condition.

Almost all ingredients in our catalogue are certified organic.

We aim for accurate descriptions and pricing, but if an error occurs we will contact you before fulfilling the affected order.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Diners, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. If an item shows SOLD OUT, email us and we will let you know if and when it is coming back. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable or if order details cannot be verified; if we cancel after payment, we will refund you.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping is a $10 flat rate, sent with Canada Post Expedited and tracking. Shipping is free in Canada on orders over CA$99. We usually process orders within 48 hours; bulk items may take longer. Delivery time depends on your location. Tracking is provided with every order.

5. Returns and refunds

Email us your purchase information and your name within 30 days of receiving your product. The product must be unused, or used no more than 10%, in its original packaging, and not blended with any other ingredient. Qualifying returns are refunded via the same payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. We offer refunds only; exchanges are not available. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
