HOW TO BREW WHITE WILLOW BARK TEA - Use approximately 1 teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water and steep for 10-15 minutes. If you prefer more richly flavored tea, add the roots to pot of water (about 2tbs and 6 cups) and, bring to a boil, reduce on low simmer, covered for about 20-30 minutes. Strain before drinking. Adding a dash of honey and lemon to taste, or steeping with herbs such as licorice root, add a flavorful twist.
