Ingredients: *Milk Thistle seeds / Silybum marianum
Milk Thistle properties have been appreciated for well over 2000 years, traditionally used in herbal medicine to help support liver and gallbladder function. Milk thistle seeds have also been used to support digestive function and may also help in stomach related issues such as indigestion, gas and bloating and loss of appetite.
Suggested Use: To make tea, crush the seeds and simmer in a pot of water for about 20 minutes. Strain for a refreshing tea. The seeds can also be ground and added as an ingredient in food.
Usage: 3-14 grams / day. Not to exceed 4 grams in a single serving.
Duration: Use for at least three weeks to see beneficial effects.
