Brewing Recommendations

Add 1 teaspoon of Earl Grey Loose Leaf Tea to 250 ml of hot water, approximately 95°C.

Steep for 3–5 minutes, adjusting the time to your preferred strength.

Strain and enjoy.

For a lighter, more delicate cup, steep for approximately 3 minutes. For a stronger, fuller-bodied infusion, allow up to 5 minutes.

Serve on its own or with milk, honey or lemon.

Iced Earl Grey

Prepare a slightly stronger infusion using approximately 2 teaspoons per 250 ml of hot water.

Steep for 3–5 minutes, strain and allow to cool.

Pour over ice and garnish with a slice of lemon or orange.

London Fog Latte

Brew a strong cup of Earl Grey using 2 teaspoons per 250 ml of hot water.

Steep for 4–5 minutes and strain.

Combine with steamed milk and a touch of vanilla or your preferred sweetener for a beautifully fragrant tea latte.
