Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, has a celebrated place in Ayurveda, where it has traditionally been valued for its association with vitality, balance and general well-being.

Combined with Chamomile and Rose petals, Tulsi creates a lovely foundation for a herbal tea inspired by traditional preparations associated with relaxation and mental clarity.

The addition of Peppermint, Spearmint, Honeybush and a selection of flowers gives Calm & Clear its own distinctive character, combining refreshing, floral and gently sweet notes.

Brewing Recommendations

Add 1 teaspoon of Calm & Clear Tea to 250 ml of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for approximately 5 minutes, then strain and enjoy.

For iced tea, prepare a slightly stronger infusion, allow to cool and serve over ice.
