Tulsi is an adaptogen and based on Ayurveda, it strengthens and modulates the immune system, reduces allergic histamine and it is used to treat arthritis, swellings, gum infection, parasitic infection, skin diseases and it can improve digestion.
Chamomile flower is a versatile herb with many benefits, due to high levels of disease-fighting antioxidants like terpenoids and flavonoids. Chamomile can soothe the body, help fight insomnia, treat anxiety and depression, sooth the skin, improve digestion and relieve mild pain.

Note: Chamomile - those with hay fever, frequent hives or dermatitis may experience an allergic reaction. Those with hormone-sensitive condition, such as endometriosis, fibroids, or cancers of the breast, uterus and ovaries should avoid using chamomile because it may act like estrogen in the body.
