Moringa leaf has been our favorite natural food additive when we want a nutritionally dense meal. Moringa leaf can be added to soups, stews, sauces, and rice dishes. Moringa leaves are rich in many important nutrients, including protein, vitamin B6, vitamin C, riboflavin and iron. The leaves are nutrient-dense and can be easily viewed as alternatives to high-calorie foods. Moringa tea is prepared from dehydrated leaves. It is said to help in blood pressure control because of the presence of Quercetin. Moreover, It contains the antioxidant Chlorogenic acid and is said to help balance blood sugar. In addition, It has shown to have a weight loss effect.
*the benefit of moringa leaf over powder is understanding the quality by ensuring the product is free of twigs and debris. Also, powder loses it's potency quickly through oxidation.

Suggested Use: Add 1 cup of freshly boiled water over 2 tsp and steeped for a minimum of 10 minutes. Add 1 tbs / per portion of leaf to stews, soups, pasta sauces and rice dishes. Use a grinder to make powder if you would like to add to smoothies or sprinkle on salad.
