: Suggested use: Pour boiled water over one tsp of triphala powder. Stir, cover and steep for 15 minutes. You can leave the herbs at the bottom of the cup and drink the tea.
Triphala tea that is strained well can be used to cleanse the eyes, mouth and nose by using a neti pot, and is very useful in vaginal yeast infection by using a douche.
