Jenica is a Registered Acupuncturist and certified Kruger Omni Healing Practitioner who offers treatment and support for those challenged by trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship ruptures, and other experiences influenced by stress and nervous system dis-regulation.
She completed her diploma in Doctorate studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences (ACOS) in Nelson, BC, Canada, in 2012 and has been serving her community for the past 9 years.

In addition to her foundational training in TCM and Acupuncture, her practice is informed by somatic bodywork, trauma-aware support, grief theory, healing justice, cultural somatics, interpersonal neurobiology, animist values, ritual support, as well as her personal experiences with ancestral lineage repair. She is particularly interested in how the political, social, and cultural aspects of our realities intersect our bodies and impact our well-being.
