Kamut Fusilli is a curly pasta made from kamut flour. Kamut is a wheat species and an ancient grain. This slightly nutty in flavor noodle cooks in a large pot of salted, boiling water for approximately 10 minutes. Ideal for many types of sauces, and used in summer pasta salads.
