Guayusa leaf tea is an herbal tea made from the dried leaves of a certain type of holly tree, traditionally brewed by the Incan cultures of Ecuador, and known for its stimulating effects.
Tasting something between Yerba Mate and Green tea, without bitterness, with slight fruity notes and a full bodied green flavour.

Add 2 tablespoons of dried Guayusa leaves into a tea infuser or teapot or 1-2 teaspoons per cup of water. Pour freshly boiled water over the leaves.
