Beauty Rooibos Tea

Ingredients: *Rooibos, *rosehip and *rose petals, *currants, *elderberries and *lavender blossoms.

This aromatic blend may assist with nervous tension, allergies, digestive problems and it encourages restful sleep. It can be enjoyed at any time of the day and is a perfect blend for making iced tea. Naturally caffeine free.

Brewing recommendations: Put 1 teaspoon of loose rooibos for each 7-9 oz/200-260 ml of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over rooibos. Steep 3-7 minutes.
